With the General Election fast approaching, attached is a primer on the FCC’s current political broadcasting rules that each station’s sales personnel should review.  As indicated within the attached memo, not every issue or question can be anticipated.  With that in mind, please call us if at any time you are uncertain of your rights or obligations when dealing with political candidates, their supporters, or their ad agencies
