Mark Denbo is a partner in the firm's Broadcast and Cable Television groups. Mr. Denbo's practice focuses on a wide range of issues affecting radio and television licensees before the Federal Communications Commission, including negotiating purchase and sales agreements, local marketing agreements, employment agreements and real estate leases.

Mr. Denbo also assists clients with corporate formation and the consummation of transactions, prepares and prosecutes station modification applications, advises clients on compliance with FCC rules and proposed rules changes, and has represented parties in contested and uncontested proceedings before the FCC. In addition, Mr. Denbo works on certain matters affecting cable television systems, including various compliance matters before the FCC Media and Enforcement Bureaus. Mr. Denbo also works with a variety of businesses utilizing wireless licenses including a national paging company and a company involved in the rollout of wireless broadband in rural areas. Mr. Denbo is a member of the Federal Communications Bar Association.

Mr. Denbo is admitted to practice in Maryland and the District of Columbia.
